I am a yoga teacher coming from a graphic design environment and began to practise in 2007. Two years later the excitement and enthousiasme was this big i started teaching. Starting with Integral Yoga my curiosity brought me to other teachers such as David Lurey and Clayton Horton and i started to study everything related to yoga practise; deeper Anatomy, the yoga Sutra's and so on.
In 2016 i followed the Yin Yoga Teacher Training of Mirjam Wagner. This way of practising yoga felt so genuine for me that i decided to integrate this form into my lessons. In fact all my lessons include a large part Yin Yoga complemented with Yang Yoga and meditation.
I'd love to dive deeper into the states of being at that exact moment, that's why i facilitate private sessions. In a small and cosy studio i will guide you through the poses, chosen to accompany your process, creating openings for healing and making way for looking deeper into whats needed in this moment.
"This is my passion, this is my Love"
In the Yin yoga we work with the Fascia, a connective tissue beneath the skin that attaches, stabilizes, encloses, and separates muscles and other internal organs. We hold the poses for a longer time starting with 3 minutes up to sometimes 10 minutes depending on your body and state of being.

What does the Kingfisher do for me?
Bringer of peace and prosperity. The Kingfisher is telling us to submerge our self into new things. When we are afraid on the new opportunities that come our way, call on Kingfisher and it will give you the courage to face anything.
The Kingfisher is telling us not to fear the unknown and keep on learning new things. Sometimes humans are afraid of the things they don’t know, they are scared of the things that they cannot comprehend. But sometimes these things can give us vast knowledge and greater consciousness of the things around us. Keep an open mind and new things will come to us.
The Kingfisher shows it is time for forward movement, letting go, forgiving the past. If Kingfisher is your totem animal he is the promise of abundance, of new warmth, prosperity and love that is about to unfold within your life.
"Teaching from the Heart brings us a warm understanding
from deep within where words turn into silence,
being connected to all around us..."
